Requirements as follows :
| 01. For G.M ( Wire Rods ) |
| The Candidate should be B.E ( Mech) having experience of 15 to 20 years and he is the expousre in running of Wire Rod as well as Block Mills. |

| 02. For G.M ( Structural Mills ) |
| The Candidate should be B.E ( Mech) having experience of 15 to 20 years and he is the exposure in Structural Mills. |
| |
| 03. For G.M ( Raw Materials ) |
| The Candidate should be B.E ( Mettalurgy) having experience of 15 to 20 Years or MBA Graduate from the recognised `A' Grade University. |
| |
| 04. For G.M ( Coal Mines ) |
| The Candidate should be B.E ( Mining) having experience of 15 to 20 years. He should be have First Class Coal Mining Managers Certificate of Competency issued by DGMS. |
| |
| 05. DGM (Automobile) |
| The Candidate should be B.E.(Automobile) having minimum experience of 15 to 20 years i related fieald. |
| |
| 06. GM (E&I) |
| The Candidate should be B.E ( E&I) having experience of 20 to 25 years and he should have exposure in Steel Industry. |
