The National Centre for Radio Astrophysics, Pune of the Tata Institute of Fundamental Research is located inside the Pune University Campus and operates the Ooty Radio Telescope and the Giant Metrewave Radio Telescope, which is the world's largest radio telescope at metre wavelengths. NCRA is on the lookout for suitably qualified candidates for the following positions:

Project Engineer-C (Motion Control Project)
HQ: Khodad

Age: Below 28 years.

Qualification: Candidate must have a BE/BTech degree in Electrical/Instrumentation and Control/Electronics Engineering with min 60% marks in aggregate.

Experience: Minimum 2 years.

Location: Khodad

Salary: [TME: 36500 consolidated + 1800 HRA]

Age and experience will be reckoned as on 1 Jul 2013. Note: Project Appointments are temporary, to be renewed each year, based on performance review, up to a maximum period of 3 years. Last date for receipt of the applications is 31 Oct 2013.
