Experience in handling and maintenance of all machines like RMG, FBD, Glatt , Centrifuge, Blenders , Compression, Coating ,Strip Packing, Blister Packing, BQS, Bulk Packing, Pouch packing, Liquid Filling & Sealing, Air-jet, Bottle washing m/c, Labeling and Soft-gel Encapsulation m/c (Tablet + Capsule + Liquid+ Softgel + Ointment).

Responsible for day to day activities like Preventive maintenance / Breakdown maintenance.

Maintaining spare parts status and stock.

Having experience in working on SAP M/3 module system & Following of cGMP guidelines

Maintenance of Pharmaceutical machinery such as

Tablet (Coating, FBD, RMG, Compression, Blister machines, 2D machine, Bulk line, Etc)

Parental (Ampoule & Vial Washing, Filling, sealing, D.H.S, Autoclave, Labeling machine,)

Also Water System, HVAC, API plant related machines.
