Qualification:DET (Mechanical) / B.Sc (Agriculture) preferably with PG qualification
Job Location:Guwahati, Ludhiana, Chennai, Delhi, Jaipur & Cochin
Responsibility:
  • Increase coverage of KOEL -'Agri & Allied' business by adding new retailers.
  • Appointment of dealer sales manpower.
  • Handling Dealer Manpower to increase KOEL -Agri business
  • Participation in review of dealer sales manpower performance.
  • Review of dealer performance along with the Area Manager.
  • Responsible for Billing & Collection at dealership
  • Execution of local level sales promotion campaigns, product launches etc.
  • Provide service support to the customers through the dealer channel.
  • Monitor parts requirement and ensure adequate stock of parts at the dealership.
  • Building relations with agricultural and construction industry.

Criteria - 55% in Diploma.
Salary :for DET Fresher (1.18L)
for B.Sc fresher (1.07L)

Can be revised based on the experience.
