Job Description-
Designing of the control panels -
Sound knowledge of PLC (Siemens, Allen Bradley, Honeywell) and single loop controller, HMI etc.
- Ability to select Hardware / software for process industry applications -
Conversant with Commissioning of PLC / DCS based control systems -
Development of control panel wiring diagrams and ladder logic programme -
Preparation of Electrical / Instrumentation Bill of Materials -
Capable to handle independent FAT / SAT -
Conversant with engineering drawings and documentations -
Commissioning, Troubleshooting and Maintenance of Field instruments -
Preparation of material requisition and datasheets for field instruments -
Exposure of Auto CAD - Project Documentation -
Communication & Coordination with Clients, Vendors and Top management -
Cost Estimation and Cost Optimization with Negotiation with -
vendors & clients.
