Description

Responsibility/Duty Percentage
Ensuring the subordinates adherence to sites EHS and Food safety regulations 10%
Installation of new instruments 10%
Calibration of instruments 20%
Complying to Preventive and predictive maintenance of the instruments 20%
Work management of instrumentation technicians 10%
- Coordination with operations and EHS for calibration of CSDs 10%
- Instrumentation technicians skill development 20%

Qualifications

Education, Experience,
Skills Indicate the MINIMUM REQUIRED education, experience and skills for this position.  
Education (includes formal education, certifications, accreditations, etc)
Degree in Instrumentation/Electrical  with at least 2-3 years of experience in installation, commissioning and maintenance of process instruments preferably in food ,beverage or FMCG industry 

Experience
2 - 3 years minimum
Skills (applied knowledge and technical skills directly related to this position)
Strong influencing skills, ability to work across the organization and with multiple functions.
Demonstrated skills at managing and leading in complex and ambiguous situations.
Demonstrated experience continuously coaching/training the team on implementing effective maintenance strategies 
General knowledge of production management with ability to develop understanding of plant processes and operational needs  
Team player, respectful and able to work independently or reach out for assistance when necessary 
Ability to lead and handle a team of technicians

Degree in Electrical/Instrumentation Engineering

Proven ability to leverage Environmental, Health & Safety, Food Safety, Quality and Regulatory Affairs.
Proven ability to champion behavioral based safety process and other safety programs.
Proven ability to leverage other technical subject matter experts, regional COEs, and cross-function experts to design and build a project that is the Best (safer, cost effective, faster, operable & maintainable).
