Job Description

As technical requirements the candidates are expected to posess expert level proficiency in

  • Siemens PC7 DCS, PLC/DCS Communication Protocols and related hardware, VFDs ( Make ABB, Yaskawa, Schneider),Packers (Ventomatic/EEL), Weighfeeders (IPA,Schenck) and weighbridges (Ricelake) Both Hardware and Programming
  • Fuzzy logic systems, EMS and Supervisory Expert systems, UPS (DCS and Standby systems), X-Ray Analyser (PANanalytic),Shell Scanners
  • Operation and Maintenance of Fire alarm systems (Make Phoenix), Telephone Exchange (Siemens) and Public Addressing systems, Gas Analysers, CCTVs (Kiln, Cooler and Security), Air conditioning systems
  • Thorough Knowledge of Electrical Interconnections, Process/ Mechanical requirements and Field Instruments

Desired ProfileCandidate having sound knowledge in the areas of Instrumentation and ability to handle the operations and maintenance Independently are desirable.

Candidates worked in Cement Plant are prefered.

The position will be based at Sitapuram Cement Plant, Nalgonda District, Andra Pradesh.
