I & C Supervisor-

Job summary:
-To assist engineer for good working condition of DCS Siemens TXP, ST Advent Control, Boiler Control, MSF & BOP Control.
-Preventive, routine and unplanned(Trouble shooting) Maintenance.
-Assist in documentation, procedure and analysis development of I & C maintenance.
-Leadig a team consists of instrument technicians, instrument fitters & commissioning and maintenance of process control instrumentation field.


Main Responsibilities :
-Ensure good working conditions of DCS & I&C plant insuring that all trouble shooting work is quickly rectified & modified.
-Ensure that online maintenance is promptly carried out.
-Ensure emergency situations are quickly dealt with.
Ensure HSE policies and procedures are compiled with at all times.
-Supervise the technician activities during the annual outages & in the corrective maintenance.
-Keep tools & test equipment updates for the work with required Certification.
-Perform Tool Box talks with technicians & contractor man power 
Qualifications/ Knowledge Required For The Job:
-Diploma in Electronic Engineering / Instrument or equivalentor equivalent trade qualifications with at least 3 years" experience in power plant.
Competencies:
-Ability to multitask.
-Good English both written and spoken
-Ability to work with others and be self-directed, as well as apply creative solutions to unique I&C problems of desirable.
-Must be skilled in the use of hand and power driven tools.
-Ability to work well under pressure.
-Requires wearing full safety gear.
-Ability to work long hours outdoor.
-Abilty to work long hours in a noise and heat environment.
-On call duty.
-Alertness.

I & C Technician

Job Summary :
-Responsible for the maintenance and repair of all instrument and control system in the power
-Plant and the associated facilities. Performs work of high skill in the inspection,repairs, testing,
-Adjustment,installation and removal of all electronic, controls and instrumentation in the plat.

Main Responsibilities:

-Perform preventive maintenance duties on all major equipment and systems
-Maintain complete equipment files, logs and drawings for all designated equipment.
-Maintenance of all type of pneumatic/electronic/hydraulic/thermal instrument including
Instrument calibration
-Conduct trouble shooting and analysis on instrumentation and control equipment and carry out repairs accordingly.
-Perform trouble shooting and problem analysis under time-critical constraints.
-Checking and calibration of all type of temperature controllers, temperature sensors,analyzer, transmitters, pressure switches and gauge instruments.
-Must perform work in a safe manner resulting in no accidents, in compliance with all environmental permits at all times.
-Perform duties i such a way to result in an optimum cost benefit ratio.
-Complete other tasks as requested by the maintenance supervisor.

Qualifications/ Knowledge Required For The Job:

ITI / Diploma in Electronic/ Instrument  Engineering or equivalent or equivalent trade qualifications with at least 3 years experience in GE gas turbine. Five years work experience as a technician with increasing responsibility in GE gas turbine may be substituted for the above requirement.

Competencies:

Senior Electrician
-Overhauling of motors and carry out termination of power cable rated as such 380V, 690V, 6Kv, and 11Kv.
-Maintenance of VFD and auxiliaries.
-Maintenance of LV/ HV Transformer and protective components.
-Collection of oil sample from the transformer.
-Lab test of transformer oil BDV, DGA
-Dehydration and passivation of transformer oil and operation of treatment plant.
-Generator maintenance stator, rotor,rotating and static excitation.
-Familiar with transducer, diodes, U/V, REF,and EF relay.
-Function and operation of CT and VT.
-Generator shaft voltage measurement and data logging.
-LV/MV Switchgear maintenance.
-UPS/Battery/Battery chargers/ inverter maintenance.
-Power cable installation.
-Replacement of electrical devices and control wirings.
-Must familiar with all kind of electrical testing instrument and equipment.

1. The quoted rate is for 8 hours normal working time, 6 days per week.
2. Food, Accommodation and local Transportation by us.
3. Crane Operators with valid UAE License only required.
